Precast circular concrete manhole are used to provide access, junctions and observation points in storm drain and sanitary sewer systems.

The Premarc Corporation proudly manufactures manhole structures in standard sizes from 24 to 120 inches in diameter. All of our manholes are manufactured in accordance to ASTM C-478 specifications. Watertight manhole joints conform to ASTM C-443 specifications or you may purchase manholes to use in conjunction with butyl rubber joint sealant in accordance to Federal Specification SS-S-210A.

Specialty manhole products include leach basins, gatewell sections and valve chambers. All of our manholes can be manufacured to include custom holes. Top sections can be produced to accept a variety of covers, grates or doors.

Sanitary sewer manholes can be cast with invert channels or specified protective linings. Premarc is the only manufacturer to precast external drop manholes. These manholes provide cost savings to the owner and installer while assuring factory installed quality and speed in construction time.
